It does appear that way to me as well. I am curious though. I always thought 8K's were frowned upon when companies were trading with a CE. I am assuming they received permission from SEC/FINRA since they appear to be doing everything according to direction of FINRA. Can't wait to get that CE off though. This will get the love it so deserves once it is gone.
