What was put out is nothing. Filings say nothing and are zeros for years. What I am referencing is that there were three offerings. BNet Communications 1 and 2. Bnet Media was a shell and much later. What I do know is that Gerald and his son met investors across state lines in the US. The prospectus made representations which were false. Escrow was broken, and in some cases money was wired to personal accounts the day funds were received by wiring. In Bnet Media hundreds of thousands were raised for a one hundred thousand dollar shell company and Gerald issued millions of shares to himself after money was placed with him from outside sources. Gerald and his family and his escrow attorney are accomplices in a fraud. I do know of some of the complaints to the enforcement people. I know most all of the information is already put together. I have no idea why nothing has happened. I suggest to you that Gerald should be happy he is an old man living in Calgary. Not so sure about his sappy son in New York City.
