Yes, it looks like that would be the case. I'm not sure of MC total reasoning - but it's being offered to US investors. I believe there is something positive in that. Hey Timelines are set, SPORT is working out with testing, a ton of patents, good testing sites.. While this caught us off guard, and of course the short term stock price may take a hit (not large I believe because the volume has been so strong - more investors are interested in this company than even a few short months ago), I'm long. MC stated he has been down this road before, unlike the previous CEO, who tried but didn't have the knowledge....
