So MMEG controls VZ holdings. MMEG controls Poolwork, and now under insolvency it is back to VZ holdings (while MMEG still in control of VZ holdings).

Correct pkc89 --- and if I had to guess why, maybe because MMEG planned to file for Bankruptcy (8-k of Oct 6) ... and the court hearing will be in Germany. Perhaps the proceedings will be more expeditious (btw, it will) if German Co. Poolworks is "wholly-owned" by another German entity (VZ Networks) as opposed by a foreign Company (non EU Momentous) during these proceedings.
My guess, 6-8months (which coincidently was their announced time-frame of the re-vamped, re-named rollout of Poolworks) compared to 1year (or more!).
