I would most definitely stay away from China as long as possible the theft of intellectual property is very prevalent there as of right now. They could prove the tech and explode stateside and once they have become so established disperse the tech to overseas. Once it's out people are gonna try and tear it apart to make something similar keeping it stateside prevents the ease of this with intellectual property laws
