no, the buying is occurring at .0008, .0009 and .001 and the selling is at .0008 and .0007. so, it's not flippers. no flipper sells for losses. that is dilution and shorting. and the only reason anybody would or could short, is if there were a lot of shares flowing into the market to do so.
