TLYN...I just confirmed with the transfer agent that the OS is in fact 118,351,313 and the AS 1,005,000,000. They are trying to get the float info collected as well, Talieh stated that the number is close to 105,000,000. BTW, the transfer agent is Transfer Online, Inc and they can be reached at (503)227-2950.
