Yankee, Rossi specifically stated that the 1Q was already completed in the spring. He said he was waiting on the 10k, that was the delay not the Q, and then would file all financials when the 10k was ready.

Rossi changed gears when the 10k was completed and filed and then said the 1Q was not ready to be filed.

Looks like a blatant lie to me.
