Did you read the restructuring filing (post 166) that was posted to this board? Am I mis taken by the meaning of following excerpt from it "All existing equity interests of PubCo will be cancelled without recovery."? If so, let me know please as I'd love to hear someone else's interpretation of that sentence. I highly doubt something that should be valued at as others have said $7.00 a share would be trading at 3 cents. Maybe those people either didn't read the restructuring filing (chapter 11 bk) or are pumping and dumping this garbage (which is cool if your into it for the swings, but not so much to coerce people into buying into a stock that will have no value once the restructuring goes through).
