I have seen the term deadline thrown around a bunch regarding the filings. Currently, we are officially a non-reporting company as our S-1 has not been filed yet. Wang can choose to file though, which I believe he will, but there is no requirement until we are audited and the S-1 is filed. I personally don't believe we will see our November 3 merger assets this time, but do expect to see a note pertaining to the event. Enjoy your evening everyone.
