I believe what you are talking about is 'RISK', risk is all around us everyminute everyhour everyday. We are constantly de-risking our lives by; wearing reflective clothing at night, wearing a seatbelt, not walking on a red light, stopping smoking, eating healthy food, etc. etc. life is full of risk! So is investing in a greenfield exploration mining company - considering only 1/10,000 ever make it to production! bad odds right?...but every once in a blue moon - an orebody, an elete experienced management team formulate around a multi-billion orebody discovery, and take it all the way to production! this project is one of those rare 'blue moon' events in my opinion. And it has been seriously de-risked, $33 mil. dollar Feasibility Study report!
Without writing a book here, I will just say I have tried to find a reason to sell my fairly substantial shareholding's in this company after 3.5 years...but I just can't find another stock to buy that has as much upside potential as this one!
The current share price does really suck! much much undervalued IMO - I keep putting it down to, the average equities investor simply have never heard of scandium or niobium, but they will one of these days, and then the genie will be out of the bottle, too late for most of them, as they say, 'you snooze you loose'.
