Isnt it crime to with held material information.

There are no official announcements recently, either from the company or the court appointed receiver. As a result of this the general public is being left in the dark. The amount of information being released officially to the public seems to make a mockery of the sec guidelines about timely reporting of material data.

I hope someone is looking into these violations. At the end of the day i think the current management (who ever it is) will be held responsible for this violation. Is there any way to report these violations to the SEC? Has anyone done that already?

One would think that the GB team and the new LLC team would know first about any court decision. Whose responsibility is it to make that information available to the general public so everybody has a level playing field.
