If the pps is struggling mid November at .19 what news is going to make it run at year end?

Opening a new dispensary doesn't seem to work anymore...as crazy as that sounds.

Ca rec going live ? NV rec going live had very little impact to pps

Also every year end there is usually a sell off for tax purposes.

Is the pps going end the year at .15 ?
