So let me get this straight.
So pref holder think is ok to dilute common to get payment to pref ppl.
Common has been holding same and alot of ppl are still in soup when they bought before c-ship... you think its OK to ditch them to get your pref paid ? I would call that Egoistic plan.

Remember, FnF are not in bankruptcy as ppl think to compare this to American airlines or AIG. They can not relinq old common shareholders OR Pref shareholders.... any plan should benefit both.. not one side of leg which heavily owned by Hedge funds.

I dont think the personal attack on individual also a wise move, we are all in this hole together.
