and...we don't know what the terms of the joint development agreement with GE. Surely they end up with something out of the deal - after Sigma spends that much time in their lab "jointly" developing with GE.? I was under the impression GE ended up with the freedom to use the technology developed thus far and take off with it for their own use, while Sigma goes on their own and tries to complete their development and marketing of the software package. Indeed this looks like what is happening. It also appears as though both are having difficulties with the basis of the technology, and get the feeling it did not deliver to its promises for either. Unfortunately we don't have as much buffer to suffer such losses like GE and it is killing us. All our eggs are in the IPQA basket and we seem on a doomed path of no return - "good" (our) money after bad. Lack of communications (never thought I'd miss CW) tells me there is nothing to talk about - they're just soaking the stock now for paychecks.

Jackle, Maybe the hundreds of GE Engineers after reviewing Sigma’s technology arrived at a different approach that was an advancement over Sigma’s approach.... go figure....
