RN If you read the report threw you also saw the reasons. The NYC sales were N O T accredited to this quarterly because the were not yet delivered ! They only count income when delivered and payed. They lacked the ability to both build and purchase the material under the old finance structure. Paying off the old loan arrangement and having a sponsor who advances 70% off the sales price changes all of that. So consider this to be nothing more than a speed bump. A one quarter delay. Of course, everything else is still in play-new investors, buy out, and if you read the report closely, new product in the pipe line.
