I agree LOCK the CEO up. He is the one that lied about the LOI with ATG and most likely paid for the PROMO. He scammed investors right from the start.

The problem here is that the unethical people that caused the CE have been rewarded with a lower PPS. There should be consequences to whoever funded that spam campaign.
