The dilution generally is getting dumped in the am to allow the pps to "recover" in the later part of the day. But that dynamic could flip at any time. But this tells me the conversions are likely getting deposited the day before...and may explain the company's reluctance to have the OS available from the TA on demand. One could see it then just before they note holder sells and that could create some competition for buyers if a large holder decided to sell because of it.
