Look at L3...

It is a big sell off today for those in fear of no financials and an even more drastic drop.

The company has not demonstrated the consistent ability to meet financial filing deadlines so I understand where the fear is coming from. I am happy holding through even a late filing.

I know there is still time, but eventually this company is going to have to start filing ALL applicable forms on a TIMELY basis or they will never become what they want to be.
