Yes, we know ALKM is a dilution nightmare, but dumping those billions of shares at steep discounts is just barely keeping them afloat. They now have to pay the increased lease cost of $10K/month with no money coming into their coffers and no disclosure at all to investors.

If the SEC now suspends them for serious delinquency (could happen any day now), their access to the financial markets will be eliminated. If they had any assets, then investors may go after them for being so inept that they can't even file financials.
