I need time and patience though. I don't look at the L2 every minute or every day and I ask you to do the same. I can't waste time and put out PR's and 8-K's because people want a higher share price. That is not the purpose of 8-K's and PR's.

Due to the previous management issuing over 3 billion shares, we have a lot of shares in the float and we must work very hard to achieve a higher share price and get to OTCQB and QX. That's my job. I am confident I can do it.

Guys, I realize that in the penny stock world, PR's and news is critical to the share price. I try to be generous with PR's and Tweets. However, business comes first and if we don't build a successful company, no amount of PR's will get the share price to increase.

Now Cory can relax. As I stated yesterday, we are not legally required to file 8-K's. It is 100% optional. In the future, we will file 8-K's only when we have material information to disclose and time permits.
