Does a Penny Stock like this ever "fall" off the board? The company is essentially worthless based on the PPS. $0.0007 per share? What happens with these companies? Is there anything that forces them to just shut down? Or do the just exist forever until someone fails to file SEC requirements? VSPC is essentially defunct. They are not doing any commercial business. What happens next? Can they just elect to close the doors and leave the shareholders with Stock Certificates?
