An acquisition like poolworks?
The one where Kurt was not even aware of the Berlin Court lien against it? The one where Pope/Levin/Vert overinflated the value? The one where they were not only paid handsomely for that acquisition but Pope also collected a fee for advising Kurt? And now after they milked the stock storyline they say it is insolvent and handed it back to Pope? Hello!!!
Do shareholders get their money back? Do those shares get returned? Scammy as it gets.
