bfiest, that is why I have asked to see a few examples of where RONIN has brought shareholders value in the past by removing a BoD and trying to place its own candidates in place with FULL 100% control of the company, which is what they try with PPHM.

The only example that I could find was Stafford III sitting 10 years himself (which is not even the case here) in a BoD before getting out with a profit. And that example isn't even comparable to what they are doing with PPHM.

So I am waiting for a list of SHAREHOLDERS VALUE CREATING examples of RONIN so that we can D&D what and how they did it and if it is comparable to this disruptive and hostile approach they are applying with PPHM.

So YES, PPHM calling RONIN activists for me makes them activists until RONIN comes up with VALUE CREATING EXAMPLES.

Yet RONIN did NOTHING of the sorts but wrote a complete page in their latest PPHM proxy brochure trying to convince us that they are NOT ACTIVISTS. As I posted before just like Warren Buffer would not have to write a full page if someone accused him of not being the founder of BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. Although the accusations were false he'dd probably would spend a single line on it because everybody knows he is.

Well RONIN clearly believes that the public perceives them as activists otherwise they wouldn't have written that page and just as Buffet ignore SK's barking. They would have provided a LIST with cases where they did what they claim, increase value for shareholders, in other companies by SIMILAR tactics as they apply to PPHM.

I called for the list on this board, because all together there is a better chance of finding such examples, yet NON SURFACED.
