long haul should reevaluate after fins, when and if released..
sell right before nov 30th and buy back in after note due in my opinion

everything before then if any fluff pr will be just to prop up the note due to convert on the 30th...

one should pay attention to fins if they ever come out as to guidance and revenue stream coming in...
one rental evidently is out to romero power, but must pay attention to how many will be deployed by eoy, which is stated 20...

so far only 62 commitments per PR's with hopes of 560 by eoy 2018...
looking like that may be way off...
