If I read this right unless AMD goes foundry for 130nm bulk they will have three processes running simultaneously next year in Dresden:

130nm bulk Duron
130nm SOI for current Athlon and Opteron
90nm SOI for future Athlon and Opteron

non-trivial...

Apparently reality of 64bit everywhere (not) is starting to set in.
