Just a couple of comments:

I finally looked up "childhood absence epilepsy."

- It is a mysterious, mostly invisible, often undiagnosed disease that I knew simply as "petit mal seizures. I made a quick effort to find out how INSY might treat an invisible disease with Syndros and haven't a clue except it is treated somehow today.

- The "minimum reserve" for fighting the legal attacks have little more basis than available cash. My own worthless opinion is that INSY is going to come out golden from underneath the dark clouds. Item to consider: why is Syndros classified as a dangerous, addictive drug though it is only an aerosolized of a long approved drug? INSY was lucky to even get let off that easy.
