The lower the PPS the cheaper the toxic shares and the more shares received by the lender.

Using $100,000 as an example with the published 50% discount.


At..0003 the lender gets shares for .00015 or almost 667 million.

At .0001 the lender gets shares for.00005 or 2 billion shares.
