Yeah that's a good point. Didn't even think about that chronic pain sufferers are more likely to be up a night. It could be good way to have a more direct line to that target audience.

And Ballas should know they definitely can buy the late night time on the cheap. Especially if they go for local market's time slots. So they could test in a few states, a few different versions of the 30 second spots, before going nation wide and see how the numbers come in. And then move forward on a larger late night campaign with whichever version brings back the best number of callers. And have the website on screen throughout the commercial... To help people get more used to seeing the brand.

Really hope they start considering this stuff soon and figure out a way to make it happen.
