They may or may not be infringing on the patent. If I recall correctly, the patent only covers the method of producing the anatabine. Also, are there international patents or only a U.S. patent? The same for the trademark or copyright for the name Anatabloc. It may be perfectly legal for Hydrapharm to manufacture and sell Anatabloc overseas, but not here, unless they buy the IP rights. I have aleady given up on the stock and sold all of my shares at a big loss, so I personally hope that they continue to make Anatabloc available here for my personal use and for friends and relatives that have also benefited from it.
