Yes, Offor, who was Ntephe's boss was accused of smuggling money in a designer suitcase in a news article. I don't think Ntephe or Offor have been charged with anything yet in a court of law, but that doesn't mean they won't be.

And yes there is a link where Ntephe was accused of stealing ERHC assets. In fact, there are several. I've seen no evidence that is true, but who knows? Here is one.

Seriously would SEO have stood by at arms length and allowed Ntephe and his little buddy Sylvan, to dilute his share and control of ERHC into nothingness ,just for their paycheques if they had no plan to steal the assets ??
