"Yes, Adrian did say a R/S is possible, given a certain condition. You said that condition can never occur, so what you say is immaterial."

No... the company will not have performance results that will ever get the PPS to be above one penny, and it is unlikely that hype will get the PPS above one penny either.

"I asked, a few days ago, what it would take for this stock to be able to up-list to a higher exchange, and you said it would have to stay above .01 for at least a month. But you say it won't get above .0002, why do you think there would ever be a R\/S?"

The PPS is unlikely to get above $0.0002 without the help of a reverse split. If the PPS is above one penny, and a few straightforward reporting and auditing requirements requirements are met, DNAX could qualify to become an OTCQB stock.

"I would be content if it up-listed to a higher exchange with a R/S, we could get bigger players in, then it could continue to grow, and the pps would stay above .01."

Tickers never retain their higher PPS value for very long unless they have financial performance to prop up the new higher post split PPS. Without such historical financial performance, the PPS of any post-split ticker drops like a rock.
