Dam nothing is ever going to move the price per share... because Derek sells into any news /event before ,during and after. He is kinda competing against his shareholders.

The shares mean nothing to him.... Like he said all he has to do is reverse split to raise share price
to meet a buyer or up-listing need of having a higher pps.

The dilution is just out of hand.

I have a feeling the pps will be at this level until something better comes the insiders way. Like a merger or up list.

They see the free money at no risk to themselves. So unless something better comes along to give them more money than diluting the shares. This thing will be dead in the water.
