Then WHY are they continually selling cheap convertibles to equity houses? Why are they diluting their brains out all while giving themselves “anti dilution awards”?

No answers to these, just unproven statements about $50 million?

If they had $, they wouldn’t need to dilute their shareholders into oblivion.
