so does that mean that this thing will continue to trade on the grey market and eventually become an IPO on the stock exchange?

No. It's on the Greys because it was suspended. It will remain there unless it succeeds in finding a sponsoring MM to submit a Form 211 to FINRA. The likelihood of that is nil. So probably it will stay on the Greys forever.
