BLDV....There was nothing unusual about the preferred share issuance and the payouts seem more than fair and reasonable for the company....Also, considering the par value of the common shares and the fact that only approximately half of the preferred shares were doled out; one could say that those receiving them had good faith and good reason for accepting such seemingly minor allotments of them.

As it stands right now, only THEY and Josh know the reasons why!
