johnnydrama: I think the whole KPMG thing was blown out of proportion and clearly fueled by the bashers. Regardless if KPMG or PWC or some other solid accounting firm is doing the audit, it doesn't matter. The fact is, the audit is being done and that's what's important here. Being completed by a Big 4 firm surely adds to the confidence level, but it's not crucial. So I think the real question is, do you really think an audit is taking place? If so, you should be just fine.

P.S. Sorry for using those letters again and I'm done talking about this subject.
