Adding a little and why not screw with ARCA on the BID?
I go into Scottrade to place an order to trump him one tick and Scottrade is not showing his BID order.

So I run ARCA all the way up to .0175 and bail to trump CDEL and will sit till funds clear in a few days.
Why does ARCA not show?
Makes a guy think he's not real.
Boy he sure can trump a price faster than I can create one. That's for sure.
If anyone wants to dump shares Ask a pal to run up the BID.
