You have a very good point there. I have followed many a scam and almost every one of them involved threatening to sue, or sometimes actually suing, message board posters, web site owners and a number of desperate actions to guard their lies, but in then end, the truth has always come out. So far, not one single stock that I thought was a scam turned out to be anything other than a scam.
