Took this from another board, seemed appropriate.

Look, i am not a happy camper either. I have been in this stock since March 2, 2005. I have just as much or more to complain about than a the majority of MDFY shareholders. I also do not consider myself an optimist - i love to debate and bring to light issues, regardless if the issues are negative or positive. I beleive information is key, and discussing it is important to my, and our, investments. Many other medify investors disagree with me, and flamed me in the past for bringing up negative issues onto a message board. But... The lawsuit talk is ridiculous. You do realize you bought a pinksheet, right? You do realize you have 0% chance of successfully pursuing a pinksheet collapse, right? You thoroughly read and understand the risks involved in investing in pinksheet stocks, right? If ANYONE loses money in a pinksheet stock, it is SOLEY THEIR FAULT. And anyone that invests a ton in a pinksheet company (more than they can afford) - well, i feel absolutely no sorrow for them. It is a pinksheet for petes sakes - and they need to chalk it up to a learning experience. With that said, there is absolutely no way i sell this stock at this price and get out. #1 - i am down too much. Not even worth it IMO. #2 - and the more important reason why - i still beleive in Medify. I question many, many things they have done and are doing (as do others) but i truly still beleive they can pull this off.
