Thank you for the response. I am meeting with another law firm on Wednesday of this week, and hope to move forward the week after Thanksgiving. This should not be a difficult case to prove in chief, as the actions by the BOD and senior management are unjustifiable. They can prevent all of this by simply putting out a shareholder letter, detailing what they have done, and what their plan is going forward, with clearly defined metrics and timelines on how to get there.

In the absence of the aforementioned, I feel we as shareholders have no other option than to litigate.
