Im not a driller but sound slike its a foundation and casement problem for the rig to sit on and start the drill. Im not sure but you have to set up holding areas for mud as it come up and the proceesor to clean it and reuse it. Then you need to bring in or set up electric, machinary to run the hoists and the driller.
