pps means 'price per share';
meanwhile I have figured out that the by far biggest contributor for this down fall was the dividend payment. Of course the paid dividend amount will be deducted from the current pps on the day of the dividend payment.
So basically the paper only lost some 0.3%...but still this is quite a loss for a blue chip.
Looks like it is about time to get out of this IMO.
