Every time I look at cryptocurrencies, I think "Wow... they work just like stock only there is no government oversight, no filing requirements, and you still get to take and keep people's money without having any accountability to even the people whose money you took."

Companies that start their own cryptocurrencies should incorporate in some country where there are no securities laws, and certainly NOT in the United States.
