Ironic, don't you think, that hindsight is 20/20, yet very likely you would've been part of the crowd screaming Gold Resources was a scam back then, as well. There are people here who followed 8 and banked on that company. The differences are irrelevant when the similarity is what counts: that Don Phillips is/was the original investor in both companies.
