MY GUESTIMATE ON FINANCIALS 3rd Quarter

Okay, I don't think it is too much of a stretch to be looking forward to financials for the 3rd quarter which will include:

* July Electric Vehicle sales "ZJMY"
** August Electric Vehicle sales "ZJMY & 37.7% Guangxi Long Star Vehicles"
*** September Electric Vehicle sales "ZJMY & 37.7% Guangxi Long Star Vehicles"
**** Any revenues gained from Battery/Motors/Electronics to Long Star (or see if technology is injected into Long Star in lieu of Capital investment)
***** Information in regard to June 24th ASEAN Bullet trains (Partnerships and Sales)
****** If anymore money was injected by Mr. Wang (stocks purchased etc.)
******* What liabilities were picked up in 3rd quarter: hiring, new dealerships, Long Star investment (if not technology swap in lieu)

One never knows. Even though the official filing to WYOBiz SOS shows the entire ZJMY corporation being absorbed by JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. on Nov. 1st, it is quite possible that Mr. Wang will show more in the Holding Company NOW.

I firmly believe (and posted this many times) that Mr. Wang was waiting until FINRA approved the name/symbol change to bring in too much value (approximate 3 million USD before) because if FINRA did not approve the DOLV shell, I figured he had a backup plan. Now that FINRA did approve the name/symbol change - there is NO REASON for Mr. Wang to hold back anything. It's time to build this NEW HOLDING COMPANY out.

And, as the majority of us have always believed - Zhongji Ming Yang New Energy Technology would be the FIRST of the companies inserted into the JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. !!!!!! And, it is CLEAR that has happened !!!

It is also possible that we will get some information in regard to partnerships, deals in hand, and also government deals being worked on such as the new factories(Guigang City etc).

Consolidated Financials - I think so..... but if it has to wait til next quarter - I am OKAY with that too.

THE REVERSE MERGER HAS INDEED BEEN COMPLETED AND NEW JBZY IS GOING TO ROCK

ZJMY BECOMES WHOLLY PART OF JB&ZJMY HOLDING COMPANY, INC !!


FINRA MOST DEFINITELY APPROVED THE NAME AND SYMBOL CHANGE !!!


Guangxi Long Star Deal was August 16th.
