That's amazing since his share ownership is now under 1%. The failure to hold shareholders meetings and to allow a vote on directors despite the fact that all of their terms expired years ago makes me wonder if they are legally still seated. Not that it matters. It seems to me that all of them have failed in their fiduciary duty to shareholders.
