Who has a list of the SPINOFF companies?

Does anyone know if Ken Johnson is still part of any of the subsidiaries? He was connected to Kick's Coffee - which is apparently no longer part of the deal - so now there is CVSU Coffee?

B.Brothers doesn't show up on that NEW updated SONGWI.com site - are they still in?

What is this company HOLDING now, besides the Bonds that are suppose to fund 17 or more subsidiaries that Rufus said would be spunoff?

I am particularly interested in the Ken Johnson question and whether he is still connected to the company? Anyone?
