Lol, so Les is above judgements, court orders and even though he can't pay his own attorneys fees, he has his cash.
Over the last five to seven years Les has given away stolen stock to fund his own private bill's, daughter's care and other ill gotten expenditures. He has given share's to people to hold and lost records of who holds what, and guess what most if not all has been introduced into the market and is out of reach of Price.
