I asked my American journalist friend to go check out the showroom. This is what she came back with. Enjoy!

"All seems pretty legit.

She answered all my questions with minimum hesitation or sketchiness
they produce their cars in shandong province (i think she said in a city called Gaotong? Or something like that? I’ve never heard of it.)
all the cars are compact and electric and very affordable, around ¥35-37,000.

I asked her how many cars they sell in a month on average but i didn’t totally understand her answer, some salesy bullsht about selling more in the near future. but she assured me that I could purchase a car today and they would deliver it tomorrow!
she also told me that i’m very cool and pretty and that i should easily be able to find a Chinese husband, so yes i encourage you to give her your money.

I also got business cards/contact info for 4 different people at this showroom, and pictures of the supposed board of directors or something (or just pictures of 4 old chinese men they have hangin on the wall), as well as a pamphlet about the vehicles’ specs and pricing, if those interest you. (But they’re all in Chinese."

Bottom line, it is all real. No photoshop, it all exists. This is an affordable EV car company selling for .08 cents. What else could you ask for? Whatever the financials show, it doesnt matter to me. Because of the timing of the merger and Q3, they may not show much, but it makes no difference. I will be putting every single dollar I can spare into JBZY.
